Bridget Flack once told a close friend that if anything ever happened to her, she’d like people to read her poetry. In her poem, “Hazy,” Flack writes: “That tree is a flower that went rogue”. My photograph “Birrarung” is inspired by her poem, and seeks to honour her legacy.
From the series A River Runs Through Us, photographed along walking trails in Yarra Bend Park, a place where I go to find sanctuary.
